What is the government solar rebate? Do I qualify and what do I do to claim it?
The Small-scale Renewable Energy Scheme was introduced by the government in 2017 and creates a financial incentive for individuals and small businesses to install eligible small-scale renewable energy systems such as solar panel systems. It does this through the creation of small-scale technology certificates (STCs). This renewable electricity replaces electricity generated from non-renewable sources.
For a small-scale solar PV system to be eligible for STCs, it must be designed and installed by a Clean Energy Council Accredited Installer.
Ausind Solar are CEC Accredited Installers and we can help you benefit from all Government incentives and rebates currently on offer. We can design and install solar power systems that meet the demands of your power consumption as well as cost you much less per billing cycle than your current power bill.
